Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM -5:00 PM

Compensation Package: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a full range of benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations to assess client needs.
• Translate assessments into detailed clinical summaries.
• Create treatment plans with actionable goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation.
• Communicate progress and updates to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Ensure high standards of safety and performance.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Active LPCC licensure.
• 2 years of counseling experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in telehealth tools and platforms.
• Expertise in client evaluations and assessments.
