Are you ready to bring your clinical expertise into a flexible, supportive, fully remote role that honors your autonomy and well-being?

We’re looking for California-based LPCCs who are ready to make a deep, lasting impact in the lives of clients—while enjoying the freedom and balance of working remotely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide virtual therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or couples, based on your specialty
  • Manage a flexible caseload and design your own schedule
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment methods tailored to each client’s needs
  • Maintain clear documentation in line with California law and HIPAA standards

  • Help shape a healthier, more compassionate future—one session at a time

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active LPCC license in the state of California, in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure
  • Proven ability to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
  • Comfort and professionalism in telehealth settings
  • Strong foundation in therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or others
  • Passion for inclusive care that supports BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and underserved populations
  • Bonus: Supervision eligibility or experience working with associate therapists

What You’ll Receive:

  • Work from anywhere in California – 100% remote flexibility
  • Set your own caseload (10–30 sessions/week)
  • Competitive fee-for-service pay with no-show protection
  • Dedicated referrals team to keep your calendar full
  • Access to robust clinical support, consultation, and CE opportunities
  • Admin support for billing, scheduling, and client communication
  • An authentic, values-based therapist community
