About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join us in delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care in a supportive, clinician-focused environment.

As an LPCC, you will serve a diverse population of individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and more. You will work autonomously while benefiting from regular clinical consultation, a warm administrative team, and a network of dedicated mental health professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct initial assessments, diagnostic formulations, and treatment planning
  • Provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults (couples/families if trained)
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with BBS and insurance standards
  • Participate in peer consultation, case conferencing, and team development activities
  • Uphold ethical standards, cultural humility, and clinical best practices
  • Utilize EMR and telehealth platforms to provide accessible care when appropriate

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current California licensure as an LPCC (in good standing)
  • Registered with the BBS and eligible to practice independently
  • Completion of 6 semester units (or equivalent) of supervised experience with couples/families if providing those services
  • Demonstrated experience with diverse populations and a commitment to social justice in mental health
  • Training in at least one evidence-based practice (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth and electronic documentation

What You’ll Receive:

  • Full-Time Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and retirement plan access
  • Set your own caseload (10–30 sessions/week)
  • Competitive fee-for-service pay with no-show protection
  • Dedicated referrals team to keep your calendar full
  • Access to robust clinical support, consultation, and CE opportunities
  • Admin support for billing, scheduling, and client communication
  • An authentic, values-based therapist community

If you’re ready to take the next step in your clinical journey and find a long-term home that supports your professional goals and personal wellness, we would love to hear from you.
