Location: Sunnyvale, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

We’re looking for an LPCC who thrives in a client-focused environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care. In this role, you'll provide outpatient therapy to a diverse caseload, develop treatment plans, and work alongside a team of skilled clinicians and support staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care
  • Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and team meetings
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and clinic policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
  • Active California LPCC license in good standing (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting
  • Knowledge of evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Excellent communication skills, clinical judgment, and cultural competency
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms (experience preferred)
