About the Role

Are you a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) looking for a meaningful role where you can focus on what you do best — helping people heal and grow? We believe mental healthcare should be human-centered, inclusive, and sustainable for both clients and clinicians.

We’re currently seeking a California-licensed LPCC to join our compassionate and collaborative outpatient team. Whether your passion lies in trauma work, identity development, relationships, or anxiety treatment, you’ll find the support and structure here to thrive, without the burnout.

Your Role:

  • Provide direct psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families in an outpatient setting (in-person, virtual, or hybrid).
  • Conduct intake assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and track client progress using evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation with our streamlined EHR system.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff for case consultation and client success.
  • Engage in optional training, team meetings, and supervision groups that encourage ongoing growth and connection.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed LPCC in the State of California (required).
  • Experience in outpatient mental health (post-licensure experience preferred, but associate LPCCs close to licensure may be considered).
  • Skilled in a range of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
  • Passion for serving diverse communities with cultural sensitivity and humility.
  • Strong clinical judgment, ethical integrity, and collaborative spirit.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Flexible work options: remote, hybrid, or in-person
  • Competitive pay based on experience and caseload
  • Autonomy in scheduling—you choose your hours
  • Full administrative support: billing, scheduling, insurance
  • Weekly peer consultations and case support
  • Continuing education opportunities and license renewal support
  • A supportive, inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes clinician wellness and work-life balance

We’re excited to meet compassionate, skilled counselors who are ready to do deeply meaningful work — and be supported while doing it.
