About the Role

Are you a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) looking for a meaningful role where you can focus on what you do best — helping people heal and grow? We believe mental healthcare should be human-centered, inclusive, and sustainable for both clients and clinicians.

We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our fully remote, therapist-centered team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy to a diverse range of clients, using a HIPAA-compliant platform and a model that gives you freedom without compromising support.

Your Role:

  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for your clients.
  • Deliver ongoing psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or others aligned with your expertise.
  • Manage clinical documentation efficiently within our user-friendly EHR system.
  • Collaborate with a like-minded team of therapists through optional consultations, peer support groups, and trainings.
  • Maintain ethical and legal standards in compliance with California BBS and professional best practices.
  • Create an affirming, safe, and inclusive space for all clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active, unrestricted California LPCC license (we do not accept associate-level licenses at this time).
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field.
  • Clinical experience working with adult individuals, couples, adolescents, or families.
  • Proficiency (or comfort learning) telehealth tools and virtual care delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to timely, ethical documentation.
  • Passion for mental health advocacy, client empowerment, and continued learning.
  • Specialized training in trauma-informed care, substance use, EMDR, couples work, or neurodiversity.
  • Experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or other historically underserved populations.
  • Interest in leading virtual groups, wellness workshops, or psychoeducational content.

What You’ll Receive:

  • True Flexibility – Choose your hours and caseload to match your life.
  • Full Administrative Support – We handle scheduling, billing, credentialing, and client matching.
  • Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, PTO (for eligible full-time staff).
  • Professional Development – CEU reimbursement, clinical trainings, and peer consultations.
  • Supportive Culture – Be part of a connected, respectful, and therapist-led team.
  • Work from Anywhere in California – Zero commute, all impact.

Let’s redefine what modern mental health care can be — together.
