  • Strong foundation in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Passion for social justice, accessibility, and mental health advocacy
  • Experience in outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health settings preferred
  • Experience with high-acuity clients, teens, or couples therapy

What You’ll Receive:

  • Flexible scheduling with autonomy to build your ideal caseload
  • Competitive, transparent compensation with productivity incentives
  • Full administrative support – intake, billing, insurance, and scheduling handled for you
  • Benefits package for full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and more
  • A collaborative, team-oriented environment where your voice and expertise are valued
  • Ongoing clinical consultation, supervision (if needed), and professional growth opportunities
  • Warm, inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes diversity, equity, and clinician wellness

Your next step starts here. Let’s build something meaningful—together.
