Location: Elk River, Minnesota

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

In this role, you'll engage with clients across the lifespan using an integrative and evidence-based approach. You’ll have the flexibility to develop a niche while maintaining a balanced and manageable caseload.

What You’ll Do

  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating treatment plans collaboratively with clients
  • Delivering individual, group, or family therapy sessions (in-person and/or via telehealth)
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing supervision (if applicable)
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including LMFTs, LICSWs, and psychiatric providers

What You Bring:

  • Active LPCC licensure in the state of Minnesota (or licensure eligible within 90 days)
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new LPCCs welcome to apply!)
  • Strong grounding in trauma-informed care, client-centered therapy, and multicultural competence
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
