Job Title: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – California
Location: Huntington Beach, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits
Position Summary:
As an LPCC, you will provide direct psychotherapy services to clients with a variety of mental health needs. You’ll work autonomously within a collaborative and professional team, delivering care that fosters healing, growth, and resilience in diverse populations.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct intakes, clinical assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client goals
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group counseling
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with California BBS standards
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education (optional)
- Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary and supportive environment
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Active, unrestricted LPCC license in the State of California
- Master’s degree in counseling or a related mental health field
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable using EHR and telehealth platforms
- Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse and underserved populations
