We're Hiring: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – California

Location: Sunnyvale, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our growing team. This role involves providing individual, group, and/or family counseling services to clients facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients via in-person or telehealth sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and refer clients to community resources when appropriate
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and participate in peer consultations

What You Bring

  • Active LPCC license in California
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
