Location: Santa Clara, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to a wide range of clients
  • Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients and multidisciplinary team members
  • Deliver culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based interventions
  • Attend case consultations, trainings, and clinical supervision as required
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations

What You Bring

  • Active and unrestricted LPCC license in the State of California
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience with clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
  • Familiarity with a range of evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
