Location: Santa Clara, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to a wide range of clients
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients and multidisciplinary team members
- Deliver culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based interventions
- Attend case consultations, trainings, and clinical supervision as required
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations
What You Bring
- Active and unrestricted LPCC license in the State of California
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
- Experience with clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
- Familiarity with a range of evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
