Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team and provide individual, group, and family therapy services. This role offers flexibility in setting—choose from on-site, hybrid, or fully remote work to best fit your lifestyle and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver counseling services using a person-centered and evidence-based approach
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources
• Engage in regular supervision, trainings, and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Active LPCC license in the state of Minnesota
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
• Experience with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Proficient in using EHR systems and (if remote) telehealth technology
