Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client assessments
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated client care
• Engage in supervision, trainings, and case reviews as needed

What You Bring

• Active LPCC license in the state of California
• Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience with a variety of clinical approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with electronic health records and virtual sessions
