Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits
Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact in mental health care through virtual practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver virtual counseling sessions via a secure telehealth platform
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when necessary
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and supervision
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Active LPCC license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Proficient with electronic health records and telehealth technology
