Looking for full time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

The Victor Community Support Service is responsible for establishing and implementing quality clinical treatment and case management for children and adolescents with special mental health needs. Clinicians shall provide individual, group, and family therapy as well as rehabilitative services and case management in whatever setting is most beneficial for the identified client.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide psycho social patient assessments.
• Develop collaboration with team, patient, family, and physician. POC to address patient needs as related to diagnosis.

• Instructs and counsels patients and their families regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and adherence to prescribed medication regimens, within the scope of practice.
• Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries and maintains ongoing confidential records.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Active and unrestricted state-specific licensure required; Licensed Master Social Worker Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing to patients, family members and various professionals.
• Basic computer skills and understanding.
