Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to gain insight into clients' emotional and cognitive well-being.

- Offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.

- Implement evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, or existential therapy, to address clients' unique needs.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaboratively setting goals and using tailored interventions.

- Work closely with psychiatrists, counselors, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care.

- Collaborate with the treatment team to create and maintain client-centered treatment plans.

- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as required.

- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

- Conduct group therapy sessions and wellness workshops to promote personal growth and self-awareness.

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.

- Active state licensure as a Psychologist (PsyD).

- Two years of post-doctoral experience in a mental health or wellness setting preferred.

- Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

Salary:
