Hiring: Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) – Modesto, California

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our growing team in California. In this role, you will provide expert psychological assessments, therapy, and evidence-based interventions to support individuals’ mental and emotional well-being.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews, diagnostic assessments, and testing.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
  • Utilize trauma-informed and culturally competent practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in accordance with California state regulations.
  • Participate in case reviews, clinical consultations, and continuing education activities.

Requirements:

  • Valid California Psychologist license in good standing.
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred).
  • Proficiency in psychological testing, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
