Hiring: Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) – Tulare, California
We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or Psy.D) to join our growing team. The role involves conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide accurate diagnoses. You will work closely with parents to support their child’s developmental progress and help connect them to appropriate services and resources.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000 per year + benefits
Job Duties:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders in accordance with DSM-5 guidelines.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Utilize culturally competent and trauma-informed practices.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Valid Clinical Psychologist license in the state of California.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-focused therapy).
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and report writing.
- Strong communication, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Experience with telehealth platforms (if applying for remote roles) is a plus.
