Psychologist – Full-Time Opportunity in Oregon

Location: Canby, Oregon

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team in Oregon. In this role, you will provide clinical assessments, therapy, and evidence-based interventions to clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client well-being and promote long-term mental health.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR).
  • Administer and interpret psychological tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Active Psychologist license in the state of Oregon.
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (postdoctoral experience considered).
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
