Psychologist – Full-Time Opportunity in Oregon
Location: La Pine, Oregon

Pay: $100,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team in Oregon. In this role, you will provide clinical assessments, therapy, and evidence-based interventions to clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client well-being and promote long-term mental health.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR).
- Administer and interpret psychological tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
- Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Active Psychologist license in the state of Oregon.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (postdoctoral experience considered).
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Strong skills in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
