Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join our team in Alaska. In this role, you will provide in-person psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychological assessments, evaluations, and testing to diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Active Clinical Psychologist license (PsyD) in the state of Alaska (required).
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.
  • Proficiency in psychological testing and interpretation.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
  • Strong communication, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
