Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) to join our team in Iowa. In this role, you will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and treatment planning for clients dealing with a range of mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical diagnostics, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.

Provide individual, couples, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).

Offer crisis intervention and support during acute episodes.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Participate in team consultations, case reviews, and professional development activities.

Utilize psychometric testing tools to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
Qualifications:

Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.

Active licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Iowa.

Minimum of 2-3 years of post-doctoral clinical experience.

Proficiency in evidence-based therapies and psychological assessments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with EMR systems and thorough documentation practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
