About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled, fully licensed Psychologist with experience in providing psychotherapy. We are looking to hire remote psychotherapists located in California.
Our ideal candidate will integrate a variety of techniques tailored to meet the needs of the clients we work with. These techniques can include but are not limited to CBT, DBT, IFS, Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness. We provide supervision for anyone in the process of licensure, among many other supports for practicing psychotherapy and related administrative work. As it becomes legalized, the practice will be moving into psychedelic support, both integration and guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct video intake assessments with new members to understand their symptoms, functioning, and daily habits
  • Design and implement personalized programs incorporating activities that seamlessly integrate into members' daily lives
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance through our digital platform, offering real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and program adjustments
  • Monitor member progress through engagement data and clinical assessments to continuously optimize care plans
  • Celebrate member successes and collaboratively problem-solve barriers to engagement
  • Document member interactions and maintain clinical records according to professional standards
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
  • Must be fully licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure as an associate in Washington
  • Experience working with youth, adults, couples, and families
  • Ability to work individually and as a team
  • Attend administrative and clinical meetings held weekly
  • Experience working with adults and/or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfort using a secure, internet-based EHR system for documentation
  • Strong communication, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
