Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, committed to clinical excellence, and eager to make a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, or group therapy
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Washington
• Strong clinical skills and ethical standards
• Experience with diverse populations and treatment modalities preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
