Location: Sinclair, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Our Company offers a full-time position for Licensed Clinical Psychologists. This classification is for the fully qualified professional level Clinical Psychologist and is characterized by the performance of professional diagnostic and psychotherapeutic services which requires special training and licensing. Incumbents of this class work as part of the clinical staff in providing community mental health services and may have supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including but not limited to: cognitive, emotional, and personality testing.
  • Complete detailed diagnostic evaluations to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other modalities.
  • Work with patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions.
  • Use various diagnostic tools and standardized assessments to evaluate mental health conditions.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, and medical professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Attend case conferences and treatment planning meetings to discuss challenging cases and ensure holistic care for patients.

Other Job Requirements:

  • Active, current, and unencumbered licensure in the field of psychology.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in clinical practice in the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including but not limited to Autism.
  • Direct experience providing treatment in the Autism space (e.g., ABA, NDBI, EIBI)
  • BCBA or BCBA-D credential
  • Experience with and knowledge of CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines and principles
  • Experience using clinical expertise in reviewing medical records
