We’re currently seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) in California to join our fully remote team. This is a role providing virtual therapy and/or psychological assessment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own private space. You’ll have the freedom to build a caseload based on your preferences—whether that’s working with individuals, couples, or families or specializing in trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, or life transitions. We take care of the logistics so you can focus on care.

Job Duties:

  • Provide individual therapy (optionally couples/family therapy) via secure telehealth
  • Conduct psychological assessments (optional, if interested and trained)
  • Maintain clinical documentation in a timely, organized manner via our EHR
  • Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Optional: Participate in peer consults or supervision (paid or voluntary)
  • Maintain high standards of care aligned with professional, legal, and ethical guidelines

Position Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical Psychology
  • Active California Psychologist license (PSY#) in good standing
  • Must reside in California (even though work is fully remote)
  • Strong clinical formulation and intervention skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
  • Private, secure, and professional work environment at home
  • Culturally competent and affirming of diverse client backgrounds
  • Familiarity with CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, or integrative models
  • Experience conducting psychological or neuropsychological assessments

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Active LPCC license in California (required)
  • Residing in California (even though the position is remote)

  • Registered with the California BBS and in good standing
  • Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—teletherapy best practices
  • Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and documentation skills
  • Must have access to reliable internet and a private space for sessions
