As a group of clinicians driven by values and quality health care practice rooted in Colorado, our mission is to make meaningful, evidence-based care widely accessible while creating an environment where therapists feel supported, respected, and empowered.

We’re looking for compassionate, motivated Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) in Colorado to join our growing virtual team. In this role, you’ll work remotely to provide therapy and/or psychological assessment to a wide range of clients across the state—at a pace and depth that align with your values.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual (and optional couples/family) therapy through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments (optional) using validated tools and clinical interviews
  • Collaborate with clients to develop clear, person-centered treatment plans
  • Communicate with clients securely through our practice platform (no personal email/phone needed)
  • Collaborate with our administrative team for client onboarding, scheduling, and billing support
  • Stay current with evolving best practices, ethical standards, and state licensure requirements
  • Engage in self-reflection and growth, with opportunities to expand your practice or leadership role if desired

Other Job Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
  • Active Colorado psychologist license in good standing (PSY#)
  • Comfortable conducting therapy and/or assessments via telehealth
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and cultural humility
  • A quiet, confidential, and secure space for conducting virtual sessions
  • Passion for creating therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, nuance, and care

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Paid time off (PTO), including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Professional development stipend for conferences, certifications, and workshops.
  • Access to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary work environment with regular team-building activities and support.
  • Flexible work schedules, including options for telehealth services and hybrid in-office arrangements.
  • Regular supervision and mentorship to foster personal and professional development.
  • Be part of a cutting-edge practice that values innovation and best practices in clinical psychology.
