Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We specialize in a range of services, including psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and consultation. Our team is committed to providing ethical, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care in a welcoming environment.

We are seeking a licensed and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, providing therapy and/or assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Whether you're looking for a full-time caseload or part-time flexibility, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments (optional)
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing training opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
  • Active Psychologist license in the state of Maryland (PSY license required)
  • Strong foundation in clinical theory, diagnosis, and therapeutic technique
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to culturally competent and inclusive care
  • Experience working in private practice or outpatient setting
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
