Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, providing therapy and/or assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Whether you're looking for a full-time caseload or part-time flexibility, we’d love to connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments (optional)
- Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
- Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing training opportunities
Qualifications:
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
- Active Psychologist license in the state of Maryland (PSY license required)
- Strong foundation in clinical theory, diagnosis, and therapeutic technique
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to culturally competent and inclusive care
- Experience working in private practice or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
