Hiring! Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD) - Telehealth

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician with experience in psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or both, who thrives in a collaborative and values-driven environment.
Depending on your interests and experience, the role may include therapy, diagnostic evaluations, consultation, and/or supervision of trainees. Job Duties:
- Provide individual psychotherapy (and/or couples/family therapy as appropriate)
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (optional, based on position or specialization)
- Perform diagnostic evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with BOP regulations and ethical standards
- Participate in weekly clinical case consultations and peer support meetings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external providers when appropriate
- Stay current with research and best practices in clinical psychology and incorporate them into your work
Position Requirements:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Active license as a Psychologist in the state of California (in good standing with the California Board of Psychology)
- Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to diverse populations
- Strong understanding of psychological theory, treatment planning, and ethical care
- Commitment to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and cultural humility
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience or training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy
- Experience conducting psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments
