We’re a multidisciplinary team committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate mental health services to individuals, couples, and families across Florida. We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist who is passionate about in-person clinical work and ready to be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

This in-person role is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys face-to-face connection, values autonomy with support, and wants to work in a beautiful, fully furnished office with built-in referrals and a supportive team. Whether your passion is therapy, assessment, supervision, or consultation, we have space for you to do the work that lights you up.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual (and optional couples/family) therapy through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments (optional) using validated tools and clinical interviews
  • Collaborate with clients to develop clear, person-centered treatment plans
  • Communicate with clients securely through our practice platform (no personal email/phone needed)
  • Collaborate with our administrative team for client onboarding, scheduling, and billing support
  • Stay current with evolving best practices, ethical standards, and state licensure requirements
  • Engage in self-reflection and growth, with opportunities to expand your practice or leadership role if desired

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds an active Florida Psychologist license (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Has 2+ years of post-licensure experience (or strong clinical training pre-licensure)
  • Enjoys working with adults, children, or families (we'll tailor your caseload)
  • Comfortable using evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ethical foundation, and cultural humility
  • Bonus: Experience with psychological testing, trauma-informed care, or specialized populations (e.g., ADHD, autism, mood disorders)
  • Extra Bonus: Bilingual or multilingual is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Paid time off (PTO), including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Professional development stipend for conferences, certifications, and workshops.
  • Access to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary work environment with regular team-building activities and support.
  • Flexible work schedules, including options for telehealth services and hybrid in-office arrangements.
  • Regular supervision and mentorship to foster personal and professional development.
  • Be part of a cutting-edge practice that values innovation and best practices in clinical psychology.
