Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

We’re currently hiring a Licensed Psychologist to join our onsite team. This role is perfect for someone who values face-to-face connections, wants to build a diverse caseload, and appreciates the energy of a welcoming office setting.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments (optional)
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing training opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychologist in the state of Iowa (PhD or PsyD)
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapy models (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
  • Skilled at building rapport and working with a variety of client populations
  • Committed to ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive care
  • Eager to be part of a collaborative and supportive in-person team
  • Open to ongoing learning, feedback, and growth
  • Desire to lead in-person therapy groups or community workshops
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or families
