Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

As a Clinical Psychologist at [Practice Name], you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a variety of psychological concerns. Whether you specialize in working with trauma, mood disorders, neurodiverse populations, or complex diagnostic presentations, we want to create a space where you can do your best work.
Job Duties:
- Provide individual, couples, or group therapy to a diverse adult and/or adolescent client population
- Conduct psychological assessments (as applicable) including diagnostic, cognitive, or personality testing
- Develop treatment plans informed by best practices and individualized to the client’s needs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, referring professionals, or family members when appropriate
- Participate in peer consultation, supervision, or continuing education (optional but encouraged)
Position Requirements:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Current and active license as a Psychologist (PSY) in the state of California
- At least 2 years of postdoctoral clinical experience preferred (but strong early-career psychologists encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based interventions)
- Strong diagnostic formulation and assessment skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
