Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

We’re currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our collaborative and compassionate team. As a Clinical Psychologist at [Practice Name], you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a variety of psychological concerns. Whether you specialize in working with trauma, mood disorders, neurodiverse populations, or complex diagnostic presentations, we want to create a space where you can do your best work.

Job Duties:

  • Provide individual, couples, or group therapy to a diverse adult and/or adolescent client population
  • Conduct psychological assessments (as applicable) including diagnostic, cognitive, or personality testing
  • Develop treatment plans informed by best practices and individualized to the client’s needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, referring professionals, or family members when appropriate
  • Participate in peer consultation, supervision, or continuing education (optional but encouraged)

Position Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Current and active license as a Psychologist (PSY) in the state of California
  • At least 2 years of postdoctoral clinical experience preferred (but strong early-career psychologists encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based interventions)
  • Strong diagnostic formulation and assessment skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
