About the Role:

Our team is composed of thoughtful, dedicated clinicians who support each other while maintaining autonomy and flexibility in their work. As we continue to expand access to mental health services, we’re excited to welcome a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to our growing team.

As a Licensed Psychologist, you’ll provide psychotherapy and/or psychological assessment services to clients across the lifespan, depending on your areas of interest. Whether you're passionate about mood disorders, trauma, neurodivergence, or psychological testing, we’ll support you in building a caseload that reflects your strengths and clinical goals.

You’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Maine, with full access to our EHR, billing team, peer support, and referrals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy via secure telehealth or in person
  • Conduct psychological evaluations (diagnostic, cognitive, personality, ADHD, learning disability, etc.—based on your skillset)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals (when needed)
  • Complete documentation and treatment plans in accordance with state and ethical guidelines
  • Maintain active licensure and professional liability coverage
  • (Optional) Participate in case consultation, trainings, and team meetings

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active Psychologist license in the state of Maine (PSY)
  • 2+ years of clinical experience (postdoc or licensed; early-career psychologists are welcome!)
  • Skilled in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, integrative approaches)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
  • Experience providing therapy or assessment via telehealth preferred
  • Specialized in treating adolescents, couples, or underserved populations

What We Offer:

  • Work Remotely: Practice from anywhere in Maine with full telehealth support
  • Compensation: Competitive session rates or salaried options [$XX–$XX per session or negotiable based on caseload]
  • Flexible Scheduling: You create your own schedule and choose your caseload
  • Full Administrative Support: We handle intake, referrals, billing, and tech setup
  • Professional Development: CEU reimbursement, clinical consultations, and specialty training access
  • Supportive Clinical Culture: Optional team case consults, peer groups, and zero micromanagement
  • Work-Life Balance: No productivity quotas—just space to do high-quality, meaningful work

If you're a licensed psychologist in Maine looking to grow in a flexible, values-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
