Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are looking to add a talented and experienced Licensed Psychologist to our remote team who shares our commitment to helping others achieve mental well-being and personal growth.

In this role, you will offer therapeutic assessments and interventions to individuals dealing with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. The position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver high-quality care from the comfort of your own space while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct remote psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and testing, to support accurate treatment planning.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, with a focus on a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
  • Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in psychology, particularly in remote and telehealth settings.
  • Engage in professional development, case consultations, and supervision as required.

Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Arizona (or eligible for licensure in Arizona).
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, with a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and telehealth best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and establishing trust.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible remote schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Passion for supporting individuals in their mental health journey and making a positive impact on their lives.
