About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team. Whether you specialize in therapy, assessment, trauma work, or a specific population, we’re here to support your professional vision and growth within a collaborative and client-centered environment.

The Licensed Psychologist will provide psychotherapy and/or psychological testing services tailored to your clinical strengths and interests. You’ll have the freedom to design a caseload that aligns with your passion—supported by full administrative services, a steady stream of referrals, and an engaged clinical team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based approaches
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments (if part of your scope)
  • Complete intake evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines in PA
  • Attend optional clinical consultation meetings and collaborate with colleagues as needed
  • Stay current with continuing education and Pennsylvania licensure requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
  • Active Pennsylvania psychologist license (or license-eligible within 3 months)
  • Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to ethical practice
  • Skilled in relationship-building, with a warm and client-centered approach
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and/or electronic health records (EHR)
  • Bilingual or multicultural clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply

What We Offer:

  • Work Remotely: Practice from anywhere in Maine with full telehealth support
  • Compensation: Competitive session rates or salaried options [$XX–$XX per session or negotiable based on caseload]
  • Flexible Scheduling: You create your own schedule and choose your caseload
  • Full Administrative Support: We handle intake, referrals, billing, and tech setup
  • Professional Development: CEU reimbursement, clinical consultations, and specialty training access
  • Supportive Clinical Culture: Optional team case consults, peer groups, and zero micromanagement
  • Work-Life Balance: No productivity quotas—just space to do high-quality, meaningful work

Let your clinical expertise shine in an environment that supports your professional goals, respects your time, and empowers you to make a meaningful impact.
