Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Psychologist to join our team of experienced mental health professionals.

Our organization values flexibility, autonomy, and a strong sense of community. Whether you thrive in a traditional clinical setting or prefer the freedom of telehealth, we have a place for you.

As a Licensed Psychologist, you will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual and/or group psychotherapy, and collaborate in interdisciplinary care planning. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse population and tailor your caseload to fit your clinical interests and strengths.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments (e.g., diagnostic, cognitive, behavioral, psychoeducational).
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations as needed.
  • Offer culturally sensitive care with a trauma-informed, inclusive approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
  • Current, valid licensure as a Psychologist in Tennessee (or license-eligible).
  • Solid foundation in psychological testing and assessment tools.
  • Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and ethical decision-making.
  • Experience working with diverse populations; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Fully remote flexibility—work from anywhere in Arizona on your schedule.
  • Competitive, transparent compensation model based on caseload.
  • Administrative support including scheduling, billing, and tech assistance.
  • Ongoing clinical support, supervision (if needed), and professional development opportunities.
  • A warm, values-driven culture that supports your growth and respects your boundaries.
  • Option to build a specialty or focus area within your practice.

If you're ready to practice in a setting that values quality care, work-life balance, and professional growth, we’d love to hear from you.
