What You’ll Do

• Deliver individual (and optionally couples or group) psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations (if desired)
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Maintain clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, virtual environment
• Optional: Supervision of pre-licensed clinicians or group facilitation based on interest

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Massachusetts (Required)
• Clinical experience with a variety of populations and presenting concerns
• Skilled in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
• Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation
• Comfortable providing therapy exclusively through telehealth
