Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule : Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Do
- Deliver individual (and optionally couples or group) psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations (if desired)
- Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, virtual environment
- Optional: Supervision of pre-licensed clinicians or group facilitation based on interest
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Massachusetts (Required)
- Clinical experience with a variety of populations and presenting concerns
- Skilled in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation
- Comfortable providing therapy exclusively through telehealth
