Licensed Psychologist – Join a Holistic, Collaborative Mental Health Practice in New York
Location: Troy, New York
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing individual, couples, and/or group therapy based on your expertise and interests
- Conducting psychological evaluations or assessments, if applicable
- Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed care
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians in a warm, collegial setting
- Participating in case consultations, professional development, and peer support
- Offering sessions in person, via telehealth, or a hybrid model (based on preference)
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Hold a current license as a Psychologist in New York State
- Are experienced in working with a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and identity exploration
- Are passionate about delivering culturally competent, inclusive care

- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using EHR and telehealth platforms
