Position Overview

Are you a Licensed Psychoanalyst who believes in the power of depth-oriented work to bring meaningful, lasting change?
We are seeking a thoughtful, empathic, and dedicated Licensed Psychoanalyst to join our dynamic, psychodynamically-informed mental health practice in New York. Our clinicians are passionate about creating a space where clients can engage in rich, exploratory work and where providers are equally supported, seen, and empowered in their craft.

Whether you’re a seasoned analyst or recently licensed, this is an opportunity to do profound clinical work in a practice that values authenticity, clinical rigor, and human connection.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide long-term and/or short-term psychoanalytic psychotherapy to individuals (and optionally couples or groups)
  • Use insight-oriented, relational, and psychodynamic approaches to support deep healing and growth
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a warm, respectful, and curious clinical environment
  • Develop treatment plans grounded in theory, but shaped by each client’s unique experience
  • Participate in ongoing case consultations, optional peer groups, and continuing education
  • Deliver services in person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid format that works for you

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Licensed Psychoanalyst (L.P.) in New York State
  • Strong grounding in psychoanalytic and/or psychodynamic theory and technique
  • Warmth, professionalism, and a deep respect for the therapeutic process
  • Interest in working with adults navigating identity, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal struggles
  • Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive care
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team

Benefits and Perks:

  • Fully remote flexibility—work from anywhere in Arizona on your schedule.
  • Competitive, transparent compensation model based on caseload.
  • Administrative support including scheduling, billing, and tech assistance.
  • Ongoing clinical support, supervision (if needed), and professional development opportunities.
  • A warm, values-driven culture that supports your growth and respects your boundaries.
  • Option to build a specialty or focus area within your practice.

Do the work you love, in an environment that loves the work. If you’re a Licensed Psychoanalyst who thrives in deep clinical work and wants to be part of a practice that honors the therapeutic relationship, we would love to connect.
