Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing team. Whether your passion is trauma work, identity exploration, health psychology, neurodivergent affirming care, or assessment, we’ll help you build a caseload that aligns with your clinical strengths and career goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide psychotherapy (individuals, couples, or groups) for clients across the lifespan
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (optional but welcome)
  • Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, DBT, etc.) in a trauma-informed framework
  • Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in regular case consults and team meetings
  • Create a meaningful, ethically grounded clinical practice aligned with your values

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
  • Comfortable with telehealth (or open to in-person/hybrid work in [city])
  • Skilled in working with diverse populations and culturally competent in your approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and clear in your documentation
