Basin, Wyoming | Outpatient Behavioral Health
Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
Now, we’re ready to welcome a Licensed Psychologist who shares that mission.
As a Licensed Psychologist, you’ll be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing psychological assessments, psychotherapy, and consultation. This is a clinical position with flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interests: trauma, health psychology, child/adolescent, testing, or general adult therapy.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychological evaluations (optional/specialized based on preference)
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy in an outpatient setting
- Create collaborative, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Document and maintain client records in compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Engage in peer consultation and team-based care
- Optional: Supervise post-docs or master's level interns
What We’re Looking For
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in Wyoming
- Clinical experience in outpatient mental health (preference for post-licensure candidates, but post-docs considered)
- Strong assessment and/or therapeutic skills in evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, etc.)
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Committed to ethical, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care
