Licensed Psychologist – Join a Holistic, Collaborative Mental Health Practice in Pennsylvania
Location: Altoona, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Position Overview
Our multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, and prescribers provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care in a client-centered and clinician-supported environment. We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist who’s passionate about thoughtful, meaningful work and ready to be part of a collaborative clinical community.
The Role:
As a Licensed Psychologist, you will play a vital role in our clinical team. Depending on your areas of interest, you can tailor your caseload toward:
- Providing individual, couples, and/or group therapy based on your expertise and interests
- Conducting psychological evaluations or assessments, if applicable
- Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed care
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians in a warm, collegial setting
- Participating in case consultations, professional development, and peer support
- Offering sessions in person, via telehealth, or a hybrid model (based on preference)
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
- Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in Pennsylvania
- Experience in outpatient settings, assessments, or specialty populations preferred
- Strong grounding in evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, EMDR)
- Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative
