  • Participating in case consultations, professional development, and peer support
  • Offering sessions in person, via telehealth, or a hybrid model (based on preference)

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in Pennsylvania
  • Experience in outpatient settings, assessments, or specialty populations preferred
  • Strong grounding in evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, EMDR)
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation (W2 or 1099 options available)
  • Flexible scheduling and a hybrid work model
  • Modern, thoughtfully designed office space in a central NYC location
  • Clinical support and optional supervision/consultation
  • Stipends for continuing education and professional development
  • A positive, clinician-first culture that respects your autonomy and well-being
  • Opportunities to design and lead groups, workshops, or community offerings

If you’re a Licensed Psychologist ready to build a purposeful, flexible, and fulfilling clinical career, we’d love to hear from you.
