Remote Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – Telehealth | Pennsylvania
Location: Manheim, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We’re a remote-first, clinician-led mental health group serving adults, adolescents, and families across Pennsylvania. Through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, our psychologists provide therapy, assessment, and support to clients who might not otherwise access high-quality care — all from the comfort of their own (or your own!) space.

We're expanding our team of licensed psychologists (PsyD or PhD) and are looking for professionals who want to do meaningful work with flexibility, autonomy, and strong team support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (based on your specialty)
  • Optional: Conduct psychological assessments (ADHD, diagnostic, cognitive, forensic, etc.)
  • Complete, thorough, and timely documentation in our streamlined EHR system
  • Attend optional virtual team meetings and case consultations
  • Optional: Provide supervision, lead groups, or assist in program development

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with active licensure in Pennsylvania
(PSYPACT eligible is a major plus!)
  • Experienced in evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, Psychodynamic)
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and virtual rapport-building
  • Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy — but still deeply human
  • Passionate about accessibility, ethics, and inclusive care
  • Interested in long-term clinical growth, collaboration, and impact

Benefits and Perks:

  • Fully remote flexibility—work from anywhere in Arizona on your schedule.
  • Competitive, transparent compensation model based on caseload.
  • Administrative support including scheduling, billing, and tech assistance.
  • Ongoing clinical support, supervision (if needed), and professional development opportunities.
  • A warm, values-driven culture that supports your growth and respects your boundaries.
  • Option to build a specialty or focus area within your practice.

We’re looking for licensed psychologists who are ready to do good work on their own terms in a practice that values clinical integrity, autonomy, and your personal well-being.
