The Role: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD)

We are seeking a warm, thoughtful, and licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our growing outpatient team. You’ll provide individual, couples, or group therapy—depending on your clinical interests and strengths—and be part of a collaborative team that values authenticity, balance, and impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals (children, adolescents, or adults), couples, or families.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and testing (if desired).
  • Create and maintain individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with our integrated care team, including LPCCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and psychiatric providers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
  • Participate in peer consultation, trainings, and community-building activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active California license as a psychologist (PSY).
  • Experience in outpatient or private practice settings.
  • Strong skills in rapport-building, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
  • Comfort working independently, with strong time management and self-awareness.
  • Experience with underserved or marginalized communities (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, first-gen, immigrant, or refugee populations).
  • Trained in or interested in EMDR, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, or mindfulness-based approaches.
  • Experience providing psychological evaluations or testing.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Competitive Compensation – Transparent, tiered pay structure
  • Flexible Schedule – You set your availability (remote, in-office, or both)
  • Clinical Autonomy – Freedom to choose your modalities, population, and caseload
  • Admin Support – We handle billing, scheduling, and credentialing so you can focus on clients
  • Community & Growth – Supportive team culture, clinical consultation, and CE opportunities
  • Benefits for Full-Time Staff – Health, dental, vision, PTO, and more

If you’re a licensed psychologist who’s ready for a fresh start—or your next meaningful chapter—we want to hear from you.
