Location: Glendale, California – Outpatient Mental Health Practice
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
The Role: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD)
We are seeking a warm, thoughtful, and licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our growing outpatient team. You’ll provide individual, couples, or group therapy—depending on your clinical interests and strengths—and be part of a collaborative team that values authenticity, balance, and impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals (children, adolescents, or adults), couples, or families.
- Conduct psychological assessments and testing (if desired).
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with our integrated care team, including LPCCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and psychiatric providers.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
- Participate in peer consultation, trainings, and community-building activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California license as a psychologist (PSY).
- Experience in outpatient or private practice settings.
- Strong skills in rapport-building, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
- Comfort working independently, with strong time management and self-awareness.
- Experience with underserved or marginalized communities (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, first-gen, immigrant, or refugee populations).
- Trained in or interested in EMDR, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, or mindfulness-based approaches.
- Experience providing psychological evaluations or testing.
