The Role: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our expanding team of skilled clinicians. Whether your passion lies in trauma recovery, mood and anxiety disorders, assessment, neurodiversity, or relational dynamics, we provide the infrastructure and support to let you do your best work.

As a Licensed Psychologist, you’ll play a central role in providing depth-oriented, client-centered care to individuals across the lifespan. You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your areas of specialization, be it psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or a blend of both.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting comprehensive intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Delivering evidence-based individual, group, or family therapy (in-person or via telehealth)
  • Offering specialized psychological testing (if desired)
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintaining timely, accurate, and ethical documentation in our EHR system
  • Participating in team consultations, professional development, and peer supervision

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an accredited program
  • Licensed as a Psychologist in the state of California (or license-eligible within 90 days)
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, EMDR)
  • Strong diagnostic formulation and case conceptualization skills
  • Culturally responsive clinical lens and dedication to ethical, client-centered care
  • Bonus: Experience in psychological testing, neuropsychology, trauma work, or child/adolescent populations
  • Bilingual clinicians and those from underrepresented backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Competitive Compensation – Transparent, tiered pay structure
  • Flexible Schedule – You set your availability (remote, in-office, or both)
  • Clinical Autonomy – Freedom to choose your modalities, population, and caseload
  • Admin Support – We handle billing, scheduling, and credentialing so you can focus on clients
  • Community & Growth – Supportive team culture, clinical consultation, and CE opportunities
  • Benefits for Full-Time Staff – Health, dental, vision, PTO, and more

If you’re a licensed psychologist committed to meaningful, high-impact work—we’d love to meet you.
