Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – Outpatient

Location: Outpatient Mental Health Clinic | Fernley, Nevada

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Licensed Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic and diagnostic services within a dynamic outpatient setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations (as needed or desired)
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
  • Maintain clear, ethical, and timely documentation
  • Participate in peer consultation, clinical meetings, and training opportunities
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Current license to practice in Nevada (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention for a range of diagnoses
  • A trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and equity-minded approach
  • Experience in outpatient, private practice, or community mental health settings
