We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) to join our vibrant outpatient therapy practice in beautiful Hawaii. If you're passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and improve their emotional well-being, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Providing individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
  • Managing a caseload of clients, providing regular therapy sessions and monitoring their progress toward therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops on topics such as emotional regulation, stress management, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to provide integrated care for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with legal, ethical, and insurance requirements.
  • Providing mentorship and supervision to early-career clinicians or interns (if applicable).
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to stay informed on best practices and cutting-edge research in the field.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active PsyD or PhD licensure in Psychology in the state of Hawaii (or eligibility for licensure in Hawaii).
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing direct psychological services (outpatient therapy experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
  • Ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with diverse client populations.
  • Passion for helping individuals improve their mental health and relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High ethical standards and ability to work within a collaborative team.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload.
