Redefine Clinical Excellence: Remote Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
Location: Mill Creek , Washington
Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re seeking licensed psychologists (PsyD) who are ready to take the next step in their clinical career—offering virtual therapy that’s impactful, sustainable, and aligned with their values.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions to adult clients (optional: couples or adolescents)
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments (if licensed/desired)
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate in case consults and peer supervision groups
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant, timely documentation in a cloud-based system
- Optionally supervise associates, if interested and qualified
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- PsyD (or PhD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Licensed psychologist in Washington state (required)
- Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy)
- Comfort with—or curiosity about—working remotely and using digital tools
- Experience with complex cases, trauma, mood disorders, and/or identity work preferred
- Committed to inclusive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed practice
