Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re seeking licensed psychologists (PsyD) who are ready to take the next step in their clinical career—offering virtual therapy that’s impactful, sustainable, and aligned with their values.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions to adult clients (optional: couples or adolescents)
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments (if licensed/desired)
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate in case consults and peer supervision groups
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant, timely documentation in a cloud-based system
  • Optionally supervise associates, if interested and qualified

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • PsyD (or PhD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Licensed psychologist in Washington state (required)
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy)
  • Comfort with—or curiosity about—working remotely and using digital tools
  • Experience with complex cases, trauma, mood disorders, and/or identity work preferred
  • Committed to inclusive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed practice
